All our customers in Pakistan can get cash on delivery or online bank transfer.
All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
To ensure customer satisfaction and maximum value, we follow international retail practices and policies. Before shipping, all items are manually checked. Sometimes, however, damaged items can occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product (specs or image), or if the product is defective or has an issue, We will exchange it. Within 24 hours of receiving your product.
- To be eligible for a complete replacement, your product must not have been damaged, should not have been used, and must be in the same condition it was received.
- Only exchanges will be made if the product is defective, damaged or scratched when received.
- If you want to return, please inform us immediately with your invoice number as well as product information.
- We will exchange the item after confirming.
We are happy to replace your product. You just need to notify us and send the product to our address with a brief note about it. It will be replaced within three days.
We will only accept returns of products with quality issues, incorrectly dispatched items, or if they do not match the description. There are some exceptions to our return policy. Check out our Non-Returnable Items policy and conditions of refusal. Laptop Lelo has the sole discretion to change the list of items that are non-refundable and the return policy at any time. Laptop Lelo reserves the right to refuse a return if a customer does not follow our return policy. To help our customers, we have created a customer-friendly return policy. We can also keep an eye out for criminals to protect them.
Criteria for Product Return eligibility:
- If an item is incorrectly dispatched.
- If the description is not correct,
- You have 2 days from the date of item delivery to notify us about your desire to return your product.
- You can return your item if it meets all requirements.

- Customers who wish to return items purchased from Laptop Lelo should keep the Product Receipt issued by Laptop Lelo and the Package Receipt issued Shipment Company.
- Customer Services must receive photos of the product being returned.
- After the item has been received by the customer, the item can be returned within three days.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, undund washed, and unworn.
- Returns must be in original packaging Packaging can include product tags, bag and plastic wraps
- Boxes, containers, dust bags, gifts, tokens, vouchers, etc.
- It must match the items purchased if the number-series is used.
- The gift item that came with the product must also be returned.
Customer Services must be contacted to return the product. Only after the case has been approved, the product will be eligible for exchange or return. It will not be accepted if the product is shipped without prior notice. To get approval, you will need to complete the return procedure.
