However, sometimes, items may get damaged during shipping. In case you are delivered a damaged product or a product that is not what you have ordered (specs and image) or the product delivered to you has some defect or issue. We will exchange it. Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- However, to complete the replacement of your product, the product should be undamaged, unused, and in the condition in which it was received.
- We only exchange if any product has a manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase.
